We began as a group of like-minded artists, friends, and kindred spirits, brought together by a shared desire to create, collaborate, and find community through art.
Since our first meeting as an art collective on May 30, 2023, Black Collar Party has refined its purpose, evolving into a community production studio where artists can share their skills, support one another’s creative ambitions, and bring ideas to life. We believe artists should have the freedom to define success on their own terms, pursue their goals, and create opportunities for themselves and their communities.
We refuse to be limited by preconceived notions of what we are capable of. Through collaboration, creative independence, and collective effort, we strive to create work that reflects who we are, strengthens our communities, and makes creative opportunities more accessible and equitable.
We create for ourselves, for each other, and for our communities. Above all else, we’re going to have fun while doing it.
